The short version: use Kineprompt to learn and create, respect the creators whose work is shared here, and play fair with the daily limits.
1. Agreement
By using Kineprompt (kineprompt.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Kineprompt is a library of motion videos with the prompts and agent skills used to make them. You can browse, search, save and copy prompts to use with your own AI tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
Some features need a free account. Please give accurate information, keep your login secure, and use one account per person. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
4. Plans and fair usage
- Free: 5 prompts a day, no account needed.
- Creator: 20 prompts a day, plus skills, Customize and synced saves, with a free account.
- Unlimited: no daily limit, unlocked through the supporter programme below.
Each distinct prompt counts once per day; limits reset at 00:00 UTC. All plans are currently free during early access. If we introduce paid plans in future, we'll announce it in advance. Don't use automated tools, scraping or multiple accounts to get around the limits.
5. The Unlimited plan
To apply, publish a genuine public post about Kineprompt that tags @shzainhamza, then submit the link from your dashboard. We review every application by hand and may decline posts that are misleading, spammy or not publicly visible. No payment is involved. We may remove Unlimited access if the post is deleted soon after approval or if the account breaks these terms.
6. Prompts, videos and ownership
The videos and prompts in the library were created and shared publicly by their creators, who are credited on each page. Kineprompt doesn't claim ownership of them. Use prompts to learn and make your own work, and credit the creator if you publish something closely based on theirs.
The Kineprompt website design, code and branding belong to Kineprompt.
If you're a creator and want your work credited differently or removed, email hello@kineprompt.com and we'll act promptly.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape, bulk-download or republish the library.
- Try to bypass fair-use limits or security measures.
- Use Kineprompt to harass others or break the law.
- Interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
8. Your results
What you create with a prompt depends on the AI tool, model and settings you use. We don't guarantee any particular result, and you're responsible for how you use what you make — including respecting other people's rights.
9. Disclaimers
Kineprompt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will always be available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kineprompt isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
11. Ending access
You can stop using Kineprompt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify account holders. Continuing to use Kineprompt after a change means you accept the new terms.
